-There are 2 important things that you must know when using your power.
1)-Grip: To have a hold on your power and to make sure you do not slip. To strengthen this, make a ball of your power and hold it for 3o mins, you may increase the time you hold it for another 3o mins if you think you can.
2)-Amount: How much power you are using, if you are using too much then you will quickly become more tired, may have some side affects as well. If you use too little, the power will build up in your hands and arms, this will result in pain and may have some welts or pockets of energy.
