Plot: Welcome to the very first World Martial Arts Tournament (Tenka'ichi Budōkai "Strongest Under the Heavens" where the strongest hand to hand martial artists come to show their prowess. Many come for the prize money, while others come for fame. The tournament will be held in two rings one for a winners bracket, while the other for the losers bracket. There is a winner's Bracket, and a looser Bracket. This means that those who loose will still be able to win with some sort of prize winning. This is considered as a Double Elimination contest. Example of how an 8 Man Match Bracket looks

Rules:

Tournament Rules

+ Anyone who comes into contact outside of the ring, is knocked out for more than ten seconds (which is counted by the commentator), or gives up automatically loses.
+ Weapons are Allowed as it is a form of hand to hand combat.
+ The most important rule is that killing the opponent is not allowed.
+ No NinJutsu (unless it is created as a simple weapon), nor GenJutsu is allowed
+ If it is a TaiJutsu technique it is acceptable. However it must be TaiJutsu.
+ Clan techniques are allowed as long as they are non damaging and used for support. (example: Uchiha Eyes, Hyuuga Eyes (must be used for Jyuuken), Shitakuma listening techniques.)


Event Rules

+ Must follow the basic rules found in the forum.
+ No OOC arguments in public. If someone has an issue, PM the creator of event.


IIC Length: 1 Day
Prize(s): Depending on how many people show up the Prize will be divided up with 70% of amount will go to the Winner Bracket while 30% will go to the Looser Bracket. Example: If 16 people participate, prize winning for the Winner Bracket will be 1,075,200 Ryo, while the Looser Bracket winner receives 460,800 Ryo. They will also be marked as one of the greatest martial artists within the tournament. Marked within the Tournament's Hall of Fame.
NPC's: Two Side Announcers, One Stage Announcer, A few Medical Doctors, and Plenty of Guards, as well as other assorted people to help the tournament move along.

Description: The World Martial Arts Tournament (Tenka'ichi Budōkai "Strongest Under the Heavens") will be starting. This mission is to everyone who wishes to join and participate in the Tournament. The tournament will be taking place in Zokuji (Worldly Affairs) found in Country of Moon and it is a pure TaiJutsu Tournament. Any form of TaiJutsu is allowed from Chakra Related TaiJutsu to no Chakra Related TaiJutsu. This however only corresponds to the fighting styles that are known within the world and the universal TaiJutsu techniques. (This means that only techniques that may be used will be "TaiJutsu")
Objective: Travel to the Zokuji (Worldly Affairs) found in Country of Moon. Enter the The World Martial Arts Tournament (Tenka'ichi Budōkai "Strongest Under the Heavens") and fight within the tournament for the prize winnings.
Reward: Winner Walks Away with Prize Money.



For Non Ninjas

All Non Ninjas may find posters of the Tournament all around the cities. Ninjas may also notice this as well.
