Secret of Kevin's island

Alex and Koru looked at each other then burst out laughing, "A baby dragon, eating Koru." Alex said through his laughter. "That is the funnest thing I ever heard." Koru said.

"ya that was kinda the point of the joke"

"We know but just the thought of it is funny." Koru said, "Anyway the storm should pass by tomorrow, then we find the flying island and Kevin."

"well lets get some sleep"

Alex handed Roju his cloak then sat down and leaned against Koru's stomach. "Too bad it's raining, i love to sleep under the stars."

"ya, but the rain is alrite."

"Remind me of something." He took out a pic of him and Alice when they were little, "When I 1st meet Alice, it was raining. I never knew she was like me till..."

"till what"

"Till my parents died." Alex put the picture back, "Mastermind eat out there hearts and tried to eat mine but Jack, Scarlet, and Alice saved me." (Yes I know, its gross.)

"mastermind is gonna pay for everyone he hurt in the end"

"So many people said that and now most are dead. They try to avenge the people who they cared for so much that he killed..and now they are as well." Alex looked down to the ground. (The memory is very painful for him so yeah)

"its a war and people are going to die but im gonna do everything within my power to make mastermind pay for what he did to everyone"

Alex smiled, "I know, same here. But not in revenge but to protect."

"i see where you are coming from and i try not to do things for revenge but sometimes i have to cause mastermind has done things to people i have cared about."

"Revenge clouds the mind. Don't be too up with revenge no matter who it is." Alex said looking to Roju.

"your rite. well i goin to sleep." he said as he laid down and close his eyes

Alex yawned, "Yeah we should well good night." Then closed his eyes and fell asleep.

roju woke up early in the morning "wake up you guys we need to make an early start"

"I know." Alex said getting up, "Sounds like the rain stopped." Then patted Koru, "Come on Koru, wake up." He didn't move, "Koru?" Alex went to his wing and lifted it, outside was covered with white snow.
