Winters kiss of frost

makai stared at her and said a single word, 'Training." He leaned against a wall arms folded.

"Ah." she said as she un-braided her hair and went back in the bathroom, "Are you staying at the castle?"

Makai nodded his head, 'yes i am." He had his hands behind his head and eyes closed.

"and are you staying in the same room as me cause you look like your making yourself comfy here." she said with humor.

He chuckled at her words, 'Maybe. Why would you let me?"

Brianne shrugged, "Sure but it is night time, if you are going to fly off to find someone to bite then please close the window." She said as she pointed to the window with her brush.

Makai smiled at her, 'Its fine. I don't need to feed tonight."

"Eh? Then you going to sleep then?" She said crossing her arms as the brush floated to the bathroom table.

makai appeared behind Brianne. he wrapped his arms around her. He pulled her head to the side gently. His hand cupping her chin, 'Maybe." He kissed her passionately on the lips.

Brianne broke the kiss and smiled, "I'm going to bed now." Then put a finger under his chin, "If you bite me, you will be sorry." she said with some humor as she giggled and walked to bed. Brianne laid down and closed her eyes, soon she fell asleep and rolled on her side.

Makai sat on the edge of her bed. He wrapped his arms gently around her. He leaned back into a seated position on her bed. he laid her gently on his chest and ran his fingers through her hair, 'Good night my love."

Snow flakes gently floated down as the wind blew through the trees making the wind sound like whispers. Brianne slept away, peacefully dreaming as night passed into day. The sun was starting to rise but clouds covered the skies yet no snow fell down to the ground. Brianne woke up and yawned, she sat up and rubbed her eyes so she could see, "Morning Makai." she said sleepily.

Makai smiled he had been up all night. he kissed her forehead gently, 'Morning my dear." he rubbed her back gently.

Brianne rubbed her forehead with two fingers as she hummed, "Were you up all night?" she asked as she stood up and grabbed fresh clothes.

Makai decided to give a lie yet hid it well, 'No my dear i awoke up an hour ago."

Brianne laughed, "Ok I know that is a lie, you were probably up all night." She went into the bathroom and locked the door, she started to fill up the bath, "I have business in Yura today, something about a missing son. I don't know I'll get the details once I'm there."

Makai chuckled gently, "Do you want some company in Yura?"

"Eh? Sure why not, who do you have in mind?" Brianne laughed at her own humor, she found herself very funny.

Makai gave a fake hurt expression, "I'm hurt don't you want me to go with you to Yura?"

"Aww poor Makai, I would give you a hug but I am a bit busy getting ready." She said as she finished in the bath and started to dry off and get dressed, "Anyway you can come but don't kill anyone. We are going to the royal castle in Yura and if you have to dress up all fancy and crap like that then you better." She stepped out with her hands on her hips, "If I have to then you have to suffer with me."

Makai chuckled as she stepped out of the bathroom. He had already changed. he was dressed in a dulex black suit. He wore a purple shirt underneath and tie. his hair was still held in its spiked ponytail, 'Is this to your liking?"

"Well well, don't you clean up good." Brianne said as she raised an eyebrow, "Anyway, I would change back since we don't know for sure if we need to dress up." Brianne said as she tired her hair back into a ponytail so it would not get in the way, "Lets go, there is a transport station in town."

Makai raised a hand. A large ice mirror appeared, "Or we could just go by ice mirror."

Brianne shrugged, "Sure, why not." she said as she walked to it, "This better not lead right to them, better if it's outside the castle gates."

Makai smiled and wrapped an arm around Brianne. he pulled her into the mirror with him, 'Of course my love."
