Nick eyed the gauntlets as Brianne put the paper in the desk, "Jack Nick, stay here for a sec while i get something." She said as she walked out, "and do not, i meant it, do not touch anything or i will hit you so hard, you will fly out the window to the Fatherland." Nick and Jack nodded then she closed the door.

"Well guys i'll see u later ima go back to sleep" she said looking at the both of them

Nick put a hand on her shoulder, "Sorry, you can't leave till Brianne comes back and says you can." Jack scratched the back of his hand, "It is too clean and covered for a simple killer, this person was skilled and crafty on how he or she killed him."

Ryo was twiching nervously as he fiddled with the gauntlets.

"Why you twitching short stack? Nervous that he or she might come and kill you?" Jack said with a grin, "There is no outsider that has ever come."

"Ummm i don't no why but i think I know the killer" said Ryo while he was fiddling with the gauntlets. All of a sudden one of the daggers shot out og the wrist and hit the celing and it was attached to a chain.

Nick and Jack looked up at the dagger, "You, my friend, are dead." Just then Brianne walked in and saw the dagger, her eyes followed the chain to Ryo, "Ryo....get it out now." She said trying to keep her cool.

"Im trying to" said Ryo as he pressed a button and the dagger came back to the gauntlet. "Sorry bout that" he said as he smiled.

"Why are you smiling?" Brianne said as she walked to her desk.

"Wow can i get a pair of those????" she asked hyperly

"Not right now, we have business to do." Brianne took out a large purple book and opened it half way, she flipped through till she found what she was looking for. Brianne turned the book around to Katie and Ryo to show them a picture of a simple gold cuff with 8 stones on the cuff, "Do you know what this is?"

"uhhh...no" she said

"No clue" said Ryo who was still messing around with the gauntlet all of a sudden a dagger poped out of slit in the front but it dident shoot.

"Ryo, pay attention." Brianne pointed to the picture, "This is the Dago, also called the element cuff. It gives you the power to control all the guardians power like fire, water, mind, metal. It is very dangerous."

"Wow" said Ryo as he got the dagger to go back into the gauntlet.

"ook...so what about this assassin problem?" she asked

"The blacksmith held the key to where it was." Nick said, "And now he is dead, there is one more person who knows."

"Ouch well that is a problem" said Ryo looking around.

"So who's teh person?" she asked looking out the window ( WINDOWS ARE COOL)

"Me." Nick said as he leaned on the wall, "there r two half's to find it and i know the other half."

"awww i wanted to interogate the person..ur no fun" she said smiling

"Hey, no i am not." Nick said, "who ever or whatever killed the blacksmith got his info but there is no my i am going to spill."

"hmm..ur right he could be outside listening" she said plainly

"No one knows how to get here." Jack said, "So don't worry." He said as he ruffed her hair smiling.

"hey!,i just woke up and it was like that nw i have to brush it...thx alot nick..." she said laughing
