Blood Rose

Brianne packed up for the trip to Everwood, she told Alex to keep things in check while she was gone. She sat on a chair near the door waiting for Makai to come. They were going to the docks to sail to Everland cause they had no transport stations or huts. Brianne played a penny whistle as she watched outside.

makai walked voer. He had a cigeratte in his mouth. he elt out a puff of smoke. He had a bag over his right shoulder. He yawned, "Feh i'll be sleeping while we travel. You kept me up all day so i couldn't sleep. Stupid mortal." Makai yawned again.

"Shut up and I did not." Brianne glared at him. She stood up and swung the pack over her shoulders, "and quit smoking in the tower." She flicked that cigarette out of his mouth then went outside and headed for the docks.

Makai appeared behind her. An arm wrapped around Brianne's waist. He leaned in and blew onto her neck, "Your lucky i'm tired at the moment." he leaned in and pecked her on the cheek with a grin. he vanished and appeared away from her.

"I don't care if you suck my blood, I just need your help." Brianne said and smiled, "Thank you for help Makai." They reached the docks and she asked for a boat to Everland, they said it would be ready in 10 minutes.

makai grinned at Brianne. He appeared behind her once again, "Oh you don't do you? Then i hope you don't mind i'm hungry." He wraped ana rm aorund her waist and leane dinto her neck baring his fangs.

Brianne pushed him off, "I didn't mean now." Brianne walked to a crate and sat down, "If you bite me now, you will be surprised." She blinked and changed her eyes red.

makai scowled in annoyance. He'd back of for now. But he'd wait and bite her when the time came. he leaned against a tree. He pulled out a cigeratte and lit it up.

"All aboard." called the captain. Brianne went on and set down her pack, "We will be there in 56 minutes." said the captain. Brianne nodded then turned to Makai, "Don't mention anything about Guardians. They kill them in Everland."

makai shrugged his shoulders and walked on to the ship. He sat in a shadowed spot. he looked at the moon, "Feh a creature of the night sleeping at night don't make me laugh."

"Well I am going to nap till we reach there." She went into a room, "Don't even try to bite me, I will know." Then shut the door. She laid down in bed and fell asleep.

Makai pulled a hat over his face. he threw the death stick into the ocean. He scowl and drifted into sleep himself. He would need his energy.

*Knock knock* Brianne woke up to someone knocking, "yeah." she called out. "We are here, in Della Villa Valley." Brianne opened the door and walked to Makai, "Wake up, now we go to a horse stable and rent horses."

Makai scowled, "Horse's i won't need a horse thank you very much." He stood up and lifted his hat. He lit up another cancer stick/.

"Ok then, fly there." She made a little flapping motion with her hands then walked to the horse stable and got a brown horse. She put the saddle on and her pack then climbed on the horse. "Yea." and the horse took off.

Makai grinned. He closed his eyes. A large pair of bat wings erupted from his back. The wings flapped and he took off. He easily caught up to Brianne. he glided through the air with a bored expression, 'You said fly."

"Yes, yes i did." She said not looking at him, "At this speed," she said seeing the trees ahead, "We will be there in 30 or 20 minutes."

Makai scoffed, "This is why i hate horses. There fast for you humans but us vampires there simply to slow." He yawned in boredum as he asily kept up with the horse.

"Well I would transport but I can't use them around people here. They would kill me." She said. It was hard to see right now, she needed some light, "Light gate." She blinked and her eyes glowed white.

Makai scoffed, "And i could has easilyl have carried you stupid. This is why i hate mortals." makai tsked and yawned again.

"Don't make me hurt you and quit complaining." Brianne glared at him, "Your as bad as my brothers." They were almost there just 10 more minutes.

Makai tsked. His belly rumbled. He scoffed at it. He continued to hover besides Brianne resting the erge to feed on her.

"Yeah I know your hungry." She said. They arrived at the forest and she tied the horse to the pole there, "Too dangerous for the horse, I'll leave him here." and petted him good bye, "Come on and stop staring at me." and walked into the forest.

Makai tsked and followed after her. His bat wings dissolved into his back. he raised a hand and drew one of his Tengoku blades and placed it on his shoulder. His eyes were watching his surroundings.

"You can bite me when we camp." She said turning her eyes to his direction, "The rose is in the mountain which sucks cause I hate caves." After a long time it was getting really dark, "Ok, now lets make camp right now, I know something that will help you with the sun." She said unpacking the tent, "When you bite me, please do not do it for too long. and turned to get some fire wood.
